手冢治虫消失了?! 二十世纪最后之怪事件
天马博士集合了所有手冢家族的成员在他的府邸为手冢老师开了一个过渡20世纪迎接21世纪的大派对，众人都俾面出席，包括小飞侠，大鼻子博士，怪医秦博士，佩佩，蓝宝石王子，三眼神童写乐，和登小姐等。手冢老师跟秦博士一同被编排在大屋最顶层的房间。由于派对是在晚上十一时才开始，各人都先回自己的房间休息，但在八时手冢老师的警钟响起。由于找不到使用电梯及楼梯的痕迹，各人都在怀疑犯人是如何把手冢老师从这间三面环海的顶层房间带走，而犯人又到底是谁？
