本剧以距离地球灭亡还剩10天的世界为舞台，描写了怀抱恋爱之痛的两个男人互相吸引的样子。每天过着无意义生活的上班族仁科真澄，与曾经深深伤害过自己的男人日下部律重逢。律向对灭亡感到恐惧的真澄提出“只要喝了就能轻松死亡的药”，作为交换，希望真澄能帮忙处理尸体。不久，两人为了某种目的前往静冈·滨松，再次缩短了心灵和身体的距离。
