偶像升级计划现代都市爱情韩剧，这个故事围绕着五年级练习生和即将出道的偶像Eden以及同一经纪公司的名人JiHoon展开，讲述了即将作为男团出道的伊登遇到了与他同属一家公司的过气名人智勋，伊登被告知只有与志勋一起进行「商业同性恋表演」(BGP)才能出道。伊甸园想要拒绝这样的现实，但他遵循经纪公司希望他作为出道的梦想做的事情。伊登在一个名为男子乐队中工作时，对“BGP”感到厌恶，智勋自然地接近并取笑他，两人继续争吵，与此同时，随着玄彬和杰伊的出现，伊登和智勋之间的误会越来越大……他们能否解开误会，找到彼此的真情呢?
