少女插画家毕十叶为了接近并超越她心中的对手插画家“晓的”，答应了“晓的”供职的传媒集团艺术总监邱千峪的要求：在“晓的”失踪期间代笔继续她的连载作品《此处禁止恋爱》。这时毕十叶的两个闺蜜米拉和雷震子都陷入了自己的感情问题中。米拉是个乖乖女，一直对青梅竹马的男友言听计从，很少有自己的主见；雷震子是个一心追求事业而拒绝恋爱的模特。但是米拉厌倦了没有自我的情感生活，雷震子也阴差阳错地和职业保镖伍勤互生好感。毕十叶观察着两个闺蜜的情感历程，以她们的故事为蓝本持续创作着《此处禁止恋爱》，自己也和邱千峪渐生情愫。三个女生互相扶持，一起成长，各自收获了属于自己的幸福。
