2020年元宵节，整个北京都处在抗疫的应急状态中，朝阳家园在街道的有序管理和志愿者的积极帮助下，秩序井然。何妙云马琛等人在小区门口筛查登记来往进出的人员，高鸿外出的采买帮助行动不方便的老人购买东西，何姐、白菁和文静在包子店为来不及吃饭的人们准备食物。保安跟志愿者在巡逻的时候发现了有人在小区外徘徊，才发现这是一个即将去武汉抗疫的医生，从国外回来刚结束隔离，就想回家看老婆孩子一眼，没有时间办通行证。为了保证万无一失，医生在楼下跟老婆孩子隔空相望打招呼，而后带着家人的期盼和志愿者们的祝福离开了小区。
