浩太在上课时突然停电，而且许多城市都发生了停电，连新干线也停止运行。宇宙警察的钢钻马克斯（Drill MAX）去调查发电厂的输送电缆时发现了一台偷电装置，将其毁掉。宇宙海贼Geister以核能发电厂为目标再次发起进攻，把几座高压电塔改造成类似暴龙的盖斯达机器人袭击发电厂，还把原子炉的底座部分变成一只龟型盖斯达机器人。马克斯小队（MAX Team）——飞空马克斯（Sky MAX）、疾速马克斯（Dash MAX）、钢钻马克斯率先赶到现场，合体成天神马克斯（God MAX）与敌人战斗，稍后EX凯撒、Raker兄弟也赶来。宇宙警察Kaisers消灭了敌人，抑制住原子炉炉的爆炸。
